Disaster recovery

In times of disaster and loss, we are called to be a source of light and hope (Matthew 5:16). The Disaster Recovery Program provides long-term recovery support to those impacted by disasters. Through compassionate case management, resource coordination, and emotional support, we walk alongside families as they rebuild their lives. This work reflects our belief that God is present even in suffering, and we are called to accompany one another in love and service.

Catholic Charities of South Mississippi provides only long-term recovery assistance.  For immediate assistance, please call your local American Red Cross office.
